Getting The Best Out Of Your Holiday
It's nice to get away once in awhile. Whether it's just for a few days or for a couple of weeks a change is very refreshing. But before you head off there are a few things to consider that could make your time away a little more pleasant
If you are going away somewhere nice and hot you may want to think about how you look. Nothing says just arrive like pale skin. To get your tan going you could consider using a self-tanning lotion or have a few sessions on a sunbed. If you decide to use a sunbed then use sunbed lotion as it's designed to accelerate the tanning process. Then when you get off the plane you'll already have a healthy glow to your skin.
Another thing to consider is the journey itself. And it doesn't have to be a long journey to be uncomfortable. A popular way to relieve the tedium is to take a little nap but the result is usually very little sleep and quite a bit of neck ache.
A good way to avoid this is by using a memory foam travel pillow to keep your neck supported as you sleep. They are usually a U shape and fit neatly round your neck. This will stop your head moving about as your travel. It will also stop you developing that nasty discomfort in your neck that stays with you for hours.
Once you've arrived nice and refreshed you'll no doubt have great fun and then you'll have to head back to your home. But are you bringing back more than you planned. Hotels and holiday resorts are a good place to pick up bed bugs who'll hide unnoticed in your luggage, which of course you bring home.
One way to prevent this potential invasion is to use bed bug sprays on the luggage before you allow it inside your house. Just spray and leave for a few hours and you'll avoid them getting a foothold in your accommodation.
So by doing just a few little things you'll arrive refreshed, looking good and won't be bringing back unwanted guests.
