Cyprus: One Of The Most Popular Destinations For British Tourists
For years the most popular countries for UK tourists to visit were France, Spain and Portugal. In more recent times however, Cyprus has become one of the most popular destinations with UK holidaymakers and could be on the way to becoming the most popular holiday location for British travellers.
Cyprus is blessed with a wonderful climate, giving them fantastic weather pretty much all year round. The beaches are stunning and the people are generally very welcoming of UK tourists. The countryside in Cyprus is absolutely stunning, with amazing hills, mountains and some amazing views it represents the ideal backdrop to a relaxing, sun filled holiday. Cyprus really is the perfect combination of the old and the new; with stylish new builds and facilities in amongst beautiful traditional buildings and ways of life.
There's something for everyone in Cyrpus, which, coupled with the weather is probably the main reason why it's become so popular with UK tourists. It's also very easy to get to and you should have no trouble finding flights to the island from any major UK airport.
